• Orders are typically processed within 24-48hrs of receiving payment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Once your order is confirmed and processed, our delivery team will contact you on the same day or on your preferred delivery time.
• Orders must be confirmed within 3 maximum days of placing the order from our website. If the order is not confirmed within 3 days after order placement has been processed, and we don’t receive any notification from the customer, the order will then be returned to Kolmaz Paris. No refund will be applicable in this case (even if the item(s) are in good condition).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders, including those with incorrect pricing or product descriptions.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
• We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

Return and Refund Policy

At Kolmaz Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

• Returns. You may return any unused or unopened products purchased from our website within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at whatsapp number 33618010 to request a return authorization number (RA#) and further instructions. Please note that in order to process your returns, products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns must be shipped back to us with the original packing slip or order confirmation email, along with the RA# provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds are issued for the cost of the returned merchandise only.
• Exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, size, or scent, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional shipping charges.
• Damaged or Defective Items. Damaged items may be rejected by the customer upon delivery, in which case they will be exchanged for new undamaged items. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the items and communicate any requirement of replacement with the presence of our staff at the point of delivery. We are unable to refund and/or replace an item after a delivery has been dropped off and accepted by the customer.
• International Returns. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. Customers are responsible for any associated costs when returning items from outside the country.
